CoachInc.com’s International Coach Federation’s (“ICF”) approved Accredited Coach Training Program track (ACTP) starts with our 77-hour Core Essentials Program.

The Core Essentials Program offers beginner and intermediate courses to develop core coaching competency at the ICF’s Associate Certified Coach level (ACC), knowledge in developing a coaching business, and personal development for sustainable success in coaching. These skills are essential for coaches providing individual and/ or organisational coaching services. These programs, enhanced with invaluable practice and project labs, have been carefully designed to teach you core coaching skills, deepen your personal foundation and learn practical practice development skills as efficiently and conveniently as possible.

Coach U’s Advanced Coach Training Programs

Core Essentials Graduates, and ICF credentialed coaches, may enroll in Coach U’s Advanced Coaching Program (ACP) or Corporate Coach U’s Advanced Corporate Coaching Program (ACCP).

The Advanced Coaching Programs are geared towards external (self- employed) personal coaches, career coaches, small business coaches and corporate coaches seeking to expand their depth and scope of offered professional coaching services.

These programs are broad and will prepare an individual

to masterfully coach many types of clients with many types of situations.

The 4-day Coaching Clinic® Licensing Program, in its updated 5th version, is a train-the-trainer (T3) licensing program.

Human resources professionals, training & development professionals, internal coaches, and other business leaders who participant in this program leave equipped and licensed to facilitate an organised, documented and proven 2-day Coaching Clinic to its team members. Also, internal coaches responsible for incorporating and expanding a strong coaching culture within their organisation, from the top down or to the bottom up, attend this program.

Independent coaches, consultants, trainers and others participating in this program deliver this solid 2-day coaching skills program to managers in organisations and also facilitate public programs to leaders within their local geographical region.
